Forgotten password & security key

G'day folks

I would like to come back to the SWTOR but have not used my account in several years.  I have forgotten my password & the security key.  Seems I can't reset my password without the security key & I can't update/disconnect the security key without logging in.  How do I resolve this?  (Australian player)

In this case you would need to call Customer Service to have them remove the security key off your account to then be able to reset the password.  You need one to reset the other so without both you would need to call in.  You can reach Customer Service using the information found in this guide here.
