Football Crossed Goal Line Still Play Resumed Instead Of Goal Kick

Which mode has this happened in? Kick off
Which part of the mode? Classic Match
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Kicking the Foot Ball towards Goal Line, let ball crosses goal line 100%, then kick the ball inside soccer field very next moment.
What happens when the bug occurs? When the above mentioned bug is being iterated, expected behavior is to give goal keeper an Goal Kick. But isn't happening. Play is resumed and players continue to play as usual as if ball didn't crossed the field.
What should be happening instead? Goall Kick

I feel to report an bug in FIFA 19. I this issue has occurred in my PS4 on Sep 1, 2019. Below is the Short description of the issue i have notice.

Steps Followed: 

Kicking the Foot Ball towards Goal Line, let ball crosses goal line 100%, then kick the ball inside soccer field very next moment.

Expected:

When the above mentioned bug is being iterated, expected behavior is to give goal keeper an Goal Kick.

Issue:

players continue to play as usual as if ball didn't crossed the field.
