Follow up to the Studio Team regarding Case Number #49725162

I spoke with Sanjeev S regarding an issue and after a lengthy conversation it was decided that appropriate action would be taken by your Studio Team to resolve the issue.  I was instructed to post this follow up to the forums to ensure that the team knows about it for certain.  Forgive me if this is not the correct forum category to post this in.

Thank you for reaching out. The good news is that if you get disconnected during a pack opening or thrown into another match while opening a pack, the contents are not lost. The animation is for the suspense factor and the moment you click to open a pack the contents are immediately generated to your account. You won't know what you exactly got unless you kept up on getting rid of the red dots on all the Legends, that way you know what items are new under your inventory. 

You didn't lose a pack. Thumbs up 

If you know the exact time you opened it, our Live-Support team can pull up your history to verify the contents for you.
