Flesh and steel not progressing

I do not get any credit for defeating the mobs required for Flesh and Steel.  I was part of an Ops group and we defeated both bosses.  However, most of us did not get any credit for doing this.  Some people did get the achievement, but their quests did not progress.

This is cudrently a known issue. It will be fixed in the next patch.
