Flares and artillery smoke is black

The spotting flares and the sector artillery smoke are both black and not showing the correct team oriented colors. This is extremely annoying because I can’t tell weather or not shoot down a flare or weather or not to run into the artillery barrage. The smoke is showed as black during a barrage instead of the proper red and green colors, and the flares are colorless with a black smoke instead of white or red based on the team.

What system you playing on? I have not experienced this on the Playstation 4...
Also, not to insult your intelligence, but are you visual settings accurate on your tv/ console? The images you provided doesn't show much else to compare to, so I just figured I'd ask

@FezTerR Xbox, yes, I’ve tried changing visual settings on both my Xbox and monitor with no effect

Have you tried power cycle the xbox? @ThatSpyIsASpy74 

How to power cycle: 

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
   Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn it on.
