Flamingo is in the tunnel for some, above ground for others.

Summarize your bug The 5th flamingo in frontera hill is not showing up for me. I went and bought the keys to the map, thought that would help me. Now just the icon appears. It still will not let me get the flamingo.

I couldnt find it either. So I bought the keys to the map dlc. Now just the icon appears,  but still no flamingo. It's the last flamingo to get. I'll have the game 100% completed

You have to drive into the tunnel where the street art is. Just to the side alittle bit

Ok yes the flamingo is in the tunnel, but it’s the flamingo for Fairview fields not Frontera Hills

Flamingo (Frontera Hills)

it isnt where it is suposed to be and isnt near the location, last flamingo to colllect.

In collections it is the fifth flamingo

2 Flamingos in the game are not appearing.  I got the keys to the city, drive over to them and they do not appear.
