Per msconfig or Bios

MS CONFIG

Windows 10 user only

In the search window enter msconfig and click,

On the rider start

Click 

Advanced Options Select

Set CPU NUMBER and Limit to 4 in the drop down menu

OK, CLICK

Apply Click

RESTART PC 

START APEX

AND LET THE LOBBY RUN
