First login S12, lost everything [ Edited ]

All my skins, stats, unlocked heroes, heirloom. They are gone.

I received 20800 apex coins upon login. This was already alarming, when I looked further I noticed everything is gone. Only my ranked badges and kill count on the basic/original heroes are still there. 

I do have 21000 apex coins, seems like some sort of refund? This is not an option for me, so many time spent in achieving all those stats. I would like to know if there is an solution to get my account back.
