First Mission Bug

The first time I've played BO5 it put me into prologue(like it should). After  I went to multi player(because that's where the fun is at).  After playing for a bit I closed my game. The next day I open BO5 again and it does the same thing. Puts me in Prologue in addition it resets my settings. I've tried using "Fix" option in Origin - didn't fix it and I've also tried reinstalling the game, still didn't help. PLZ HELP

Hey, I had the same issue too.

I found a few solutions on here and the Battlefield forums, but they didn't do it for me. Maybe they do it for you?

If these don't work for you, maybe the solution for me works for you. I have a username in Windows that doesn't follow the standard A-Z letters from the English alphabet.
