Firing Range Bug

The firing range has been bugging out for me, even after restarting I have been getting 5+ minute queue times just to test some stuff out with weapons.  I also noticed an odd bug when playing rampart in firing range and picking up an LMG, her extra ammo passive carries over when swapping legends in the firing range.  It confused me when I was trying to remember how many extra bullets she got compared to other legends and noticed it just carried right over and I needed to get another gun to disable the passive.

Hey @ShowMeUrDeathBox, 

Which datacenter are you normally connecting to? Have you tried switching to any others to test and see if that makes any difference at all?
