Firestorm Issues

i Just bought battlefield V and i bought it because i wanted to play Firestorm with my cousins so we all bought it but the map does not load for any of us ! we can play any other game mode regularly but firestorm. even at the beginning when choosing player they don't show the player appearance it just asks which one you want to be. Also , when i pick up a weapon in game i can't even use it. another issue is when i’m in game i fall through the map countless times and none of the buildings render or any foliage or anything .  i always have to close the application after attempting to get firestorm to work

What platform are you guys on and what kind of network are you using?

Hi EA_Atic we are on ps4 and i’m not sure the network we are on but my wifi provider is spectrum if that helps

 Thanks for the information, would it be possible to connected network cables for you, to see if that helps out? @FinessxKid
