How much time has passed since your payment? If your points do not appear in about 48 hours, you should write to support because there were similar problems before. The fault most likely lies with the game. This support should help solve your problem. Write there accurately describing your problem and count on their response. Perhaps the payment is just being credited and you will receive your purchase. It is possible that this is some error on their side that they will fix.

After 24h still nothing...I bought the code in the game store therefore I don’t think is an issue on the payment

Im also having this problem  and it was bought specifically for a time  sensitive  promotion for a swaps token  from a  pack
