Fifa 20 pc stuttering only during game play

Hello guys,

I just bought fifa 20 on pc

And the game is stutteing so much in the menu navigation and during the gameplay.

I switched the amd Radeon software to gaming mode and the menu got better but the gameplay have gotten worse.

Note: the fps is reaching 140+ although the gameplay is constantly stutteing

Do you guys have any solution that might help?
