Fifa 20 crashes after launching (Origin)

Hello Everyone,I had an update today.After that update my fifa started to crash immediately.I launch the game,after pressing the play button fifa launches but when it starts to load the game(i mean the three boxes filling) it freezes and chrashes but i dont have a bug report so can any1 help me about that? (my drivers are all up to date, Ryzen5 1600-gtx1060 6 gb-16gb of ram)

Open the fifasetup.ini file with Notepad or other tools alike.

DIRECTX_SELECT = 1 change it to DIRECTX_SELECT = 0

If your fifasetup.ini file is already set to 0 when you first open it, then try changing it to 1 instead.

DIRECTX_SELECT = 1 change it to DIRECTX_SELECT = 0

If your fifasetup.ini file is already set to 0 when you first open it, then try changing it to 1 instead.

36 hours of game play and after 19 of nov update the game is craching, after I click PLAY its not showing up

did help indeed, but my game still crashed twice with it as well.

Definitely seems patch related, the WL before worked without a problem.

Same issue as original post. However when I open the fifasetup_default.ini file there is no DIRECTX_SETUP within the file. Only:

RESOLUTIONWIDTH = 1280
RESOLUTIONHEIGHT = 720
ASPECTRATIO = 1.778
RENDERINGQUALITY = 3
WAITFORVSYNC = 1
VOICECHAT = 1

Am I looking in the right place?

Temporary solution (worked for me anyways)

Before you launch FIFA 20 head to game settings and set both rendering quality and MSAAoptions to auto then back to what u normally have it at (mine at Ultra and 4x). I guess You'll have to do that every time prior to launching the game.
