Super odd! Can you try deleting the Settings folder inside the FIFA 20 folder in My Documents?

I think at this point I'm just going to try to get a refund. Do you know how I go about doing that?

I am also experiencing this issue - I have also followed all the advice provided here, but unfortunately FIFA 20 is still crashing immediately after selecting a language.

I too have been unable to launch the game successfully even once since my purchase.

Any other advice, or is a refund my only recourse?

Unfortunately, having tried all the suggested fixes in the above thread, nothing has changed.
