Which mode has this happened in? Career Mode
Which part of the mode? Career mode - manager
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open Fifa 20 on pc and you don't get commentary
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't hear commentary on any match I bought the game from origin but all I hear is crowd and stadium sounds, I can't hear commentators, and when the match is beginning, just after the lineups appear, it says "commentators: " and It's just blank, like I didn't have them downloaded or something.
What should be happening instead? i should have commentary as i have it enabled in settings

Hey there, @Waggers2020. Would you also be able to adjust your audio settings to see if it may be something relating to surround sound? The settings will be different from the Xbox, and the options may differ based on your TV or stereo system, but it could help.

@EA_Arrenai It’s fixed now, had to change from 7.1 uncompressed to stereo

@EA_Arrenai I have the same issue on PC. No commentary, press conference voices or menu sounds. I have changed all audio outputs in the launcher settings too. 7.1 5.1 and stereo and it still happens. Any help?

There are no menu sounds or commentary when I am in a match. All I hear is the crowd when I play a match. I checked the settings and everything is on, so I'm not really sure what it could be.

Hey there, @mattboy91 and @xchobesx.

Adjusting it down to stereo should be able to help find the missing channel if you're unable to hear specific elements of the audio.

Another thing that can help is by checking to see if you have any audio driver updates for your card.
