@TrockenVanHinten the same ! I contacted EA they tell me to be patient, I looked on the internet there are people who had this problem in the year 2021 ... I don't know what to do ... EA is not able to provide a solution

Same here. I am in Hong Kong, playing on PC using the EA App. 

I have tried all sorts of troubleshooting to the game and internet with no luck.
