Fe won't launch

I recently purchased Fe and it hasn't launched once, I thought it was the computer so I shut it down and it still didn't work. I then checked to see if it was compatible with my generation of windows, and it is compatible with windows 7. I already own Sims 3 and 4 and both work fine. What can I do?

I'm sorry to hear about your problem with Fe 

There might be many reasons why the game doesn't launch on your PC. To narrow it down a little, I suggest to perform these troubleshooting steps:

• Repair the game.
• Close background applications.
• Run the game as admin.
• Check if your PC meets minimum requirements.

If nothing will help, please send us your DxDiag report.

I made a DxDiag report and it said to attach it to a case and I don't have any cases, how do I get one?

The article abotu creating a DirectX Diag is for sending it as a "problem case" to the EA Helpdesk. Since you want to send it here to us in this forum you just have to upload the resulting txt-file directly under the box then writing a comment here. Just ignore the case thingy

Or you can attach it to a new post on forum. There should be an option for it in the right bottom corner
