Fatal Error in client download SWTOR

I just did a fresh download of the SWTOR client, and got a fatal error message saying ""Installation of the driver and support components require administrative permission acknowledgment. Try invoking the client again. Installer cannot continue. Exiting." I then tried to use a repair utility that was suggested in another thread, and the repair tool said "installer integrity check has failed. Common causes include incomplete download and damaged media. Contact the installer's author to obtain a new copy"

I've rebooted, re-downloaded and nothing is working.

If this is just the setup file from www.swtor.com/download , delete the one you have currently and redownload , now before you run it , go to where you downloaded it , and right mouse click on it and select properties, then go to the compatability tab and at the bottom tick run this program as administrator.

See if that helps, can go from there

yea, that didn't work either....it's frustrating me, but I got around it by going into launcher.setting and changing the bitraider section to false..and now it seems to be downloading.

Ye done that like three times didint work just trying the changing the setup to run as a administrator

Okay tried it again with the run as a administrator and still doesint comes up with the same error

Okay back tried everything deleted all folders like 5 times done everything that i can find and still comes up with same error

Create a new windows administrator account as a test and see if it works ok in that profile

Just got the same problem.

Try to check your hard disk space. the game want around 35+ GB free space not 25GB
