I have been falsely banned days after spending hundreds of dollars and finally getting an heirloom after almost 1000k hours.
i believe this ban to be a mistake. i have submitted an appeal and gotten an email back saying that they were not wrong and that i was cheating and that was the end of it. 
i am a peak platinum player who is by no means good at the game. its very evident i do not cheat in any way if my gameplay is checked. i was falsely banned like this around august last year i believe but it was sorted out and recognized that i do not cheat.

@Velixual_Ttv I have just gotten another email confirming once again that i was "cheating" and that the ban will not be lifted. they have provided no proof and have given me these automated responses. i require help from a human please.

Please keep in mind that using a software to gain advantage is cheating.
Exploiting the game in anyway (use a glitch, gain access to areas you not suppose to reach and more) is a way of cheating.
And sometimes using 3rd party softwares could be seen as cheating even if they claim that they are "following the T&C".
