Falsely advertised discount

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is the right place for this but I've had no luck going through the 'appropriate' help channels.
I bought the hyperdrive bundle that was advertised for 50% off but only received a 5% discount. I didn't notice this until I had already activated the bundle. (screenshots attached)
All I get from EA help is a bunch of copy-pasted replies that go nowhere with them eventually saying I need to lodge the refund with Google Play (the bundle was purchased via EA web store so this isn't possible). I don't know how hard it would be to issue a full refund and reset the account to a state before the bundle was applied but at this stage I would be happy to just receive back the amount that I was overcharged.
Can I please get some help with this or pointed towards someone who will actually help and aren't just someone with a list of auto-generated replies?

Thanks for reaching out, I'm catching up with threads on this board and wanted to get back to you on this too. 

The slash in price the webstore displays in that image is the bonus discount you get from using the webstore to avail of the offer. The original cost of the bundle is in fact $99.99 (see spoiler tag).

Here's the math:

• The Hyperdrive bundle is originally $99.99
• The offer in-game is 50% off of that which brings it from $99.99 down to $49.99.
• An additional 5% is taken off $49.99 for using the webstore, which brings it down more from $49.99 to $47.49.

That matches up to the total amount you paid for the bundle in your receipt.

You've gotten more than a 50% discount, you received a 55% discount for using the webstore to purchase it.

@EA_Lanna Thanks for the reply, I hadn't seen the bundle at full price before so didn't realise the 50% off was already applied and it wasn't really clear from the offer that this was the case. It makes sense now though with your explanation, thanks
