The game was working fine earlier today but I had EA support do an EA/Origin account name and email swap for me and when I tried to launch the game afterwards the OH NO! Failed to retrieve your saved data! message popped up and restarting the game didn't fix it. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game as well as the Origin repair feature and it still hasn't worked. I've seen similar varients of this issue but nothing had a reliable answer for PC and the most recent were from two years ago. Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this?
