Failed purchase refund

I tried to purchase SWTOR Standard Edition through origins with VCN, but it said that my purchase was failed, i tried two more times, but still failed. when i checked my bank account balance, EA debited IDR 20802 from my account balance for failed purchase. when will i get the refund for this?
