Fail to connect to EA servers

In the dorm of university I can log in the Origin, but when I open the BF1, it shows that it fail to connect to the EA servers in the main menu. I try it in my friend's home and it can connect to the EA servers. So I contact the IT service in my university, they say they can help me if I provide the Destination address, protocol and ports. So can you provide me these information to help to solve these problem?

Protocols are in that link: UDP and TCP required.

I have sent the link to universities' IT service, but the problem wasn't solved. IT service told me they have allowed all the ports in the link.What's more, I didn't find the ports of battlefield 1 in the link. So can you give me the specific information about it, such as Destination address, protocol and ports? Thank you.
