Blocked from using the web app

I bought fifa 21 less than a week ago on PS4 and still didn't gain access to the transfer market on the web app yet but now its showing me that I'm blocked from using it. Surely this is a glitch because I didn't trade on the web yet and I didn't receive an email about any account violations, Please fix this problem. here is a screenshot of the message I'm getting
