Hiya i' having same issue on companion app. Not tried the web app but I want to use game on the app downloaded. 

Am on Android Samsung galaxy s21 ultra

Never had an issue like this before today

Hey, everyone. Please check your devices for a Game Booster setting. If this is enabled, disable it and let me know if that removes the zoom. Thanks!

I too, have had this problem since yesterday. I've restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared the app cache. I'm on a Samsung Galaxy 20 FE running Android 12.
