FPS is high but looks lower

Hey guys, I'm having a problem in APEX LEGENDS right now where my FPS is looking a lot lower than what it says, (example My FPS says 165, but when I look around it acts like 30-50 fps, this has been an on going problem, its not my PC. because I recently RESET my whole PC for a problem with this game, (arenas/firing range crash)

MY SPECS:

Graphics Card: GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER
Processor: Ryzen 7 3700x
RAM: ChannelA-DIMM0 04CD 16.0GB
Motherboard: MSI MAG B550M MORTAR WIFI MOTHERBOARD
SSD: Samsung SSD 970 EVO 250GB

@nxtasx I don't know what your monitor is but check if its running at the right refresh rate. Another thing to check would be your mouse poll rate, might give problems if its too high or low.
