FPS drops-lag since last update

Since the 1.09 update my fps went from a steady 60 to 45,30 ish. I haven't played with my graphic settings or anything

Microsoft released a set of updates for Windows 10. Make sure you have restarted your system to finalize the update, or else it will cause system slowdowns in applications until its implemented.

Mines laggy after 1.09 where before it was smooth.
