FPS Dropping every two minutes in-game.

Before the patch there were no issues. The game ran perfectly well at a smooth 75+ fps at all times on High settings. Now every two minutes or so, my framerate drops to 25-40 and it has become unplayable.

My specs:
CPU: FX 8350

GPU: GTX 1080
12 GB RAM

I have seen that the common EAC sollution didn't fixed your issue.
Could you provide me with a Dxdiag file so we have more infomation.

Could you maybe try to Clean boot and see if changes anything ?

I've tried the Clean Boot method and still see frame spikes. I've included my dxdiag file.
