FIFA see 2 Xbox Controllers connected (Only one should be)

Hello, I;ve got an Xbox controller and it doesn't work as it should
FIFA sees 2 controllers connected though I have only 1 connected. Every action in menu goes in double, I can play match after choosing side but switching keyboard - controller all the time is not comfortable at all. How to fix this? 
Other games work properly

That's an odd one  @ARSENAFCL. 

Are you playing on PC or Xbox?

If on PC can you uninstall any USB device, not in use and then in your game options ensure that your controller is selected as the ordinary input method.

Have you tried what I suggested above @XVortecX and ensure that all other USB devices are unplugged?

i got the solution it might take a while but its worth it trust.  ive been searching all over places for this answer and finally got it . do factory reset and it will work guarantee. That will  be 9.99.
