FIFA POINTS redeemed on origin never appeared in-game.

Hi,

Today I got 2 codes for 2200 Fifa points each.

I redeemed both the codes on origin (from the mobile web browser) and it said both times the codes were successfully redeemed and the Fifa points were added to my account.

I then open my companion app and instead of having 2200+2200=4400 Fifa points I only had 2200.

I tried closing and logging back multiple times but nothing changed. I bought packs with the 2200 FP I had and now my FP balance is at zero, the other 2200 FP never came in.

Should I just wait or is there somewhere I can file a claim?

Sorry to hear that, we have no way to validate a purchase made on Amazon on our side as we're not hooked into their point of sale.

Amazon are the only ones that can assist further with this if it was a points code that was purchased.
