Still haven’t received my pack from the ultimate edition

Why I haven’t the OTW player pack rewards.

I opened the case file #122979488

But you just update the case every 4hour and noting change, I’m still haven’t the OTW player pack of ultimate edition rewards.

I haven’t received anything yet. I totally agree. Compensation is needed. Pointless paying extra to gain early access. Lagging behind now.

I am in the same boat, apart from not receiving the OTW and TOTW player, whenever I open the case, the case keeps getting on hold and I have to press "Resume Case" which does nothing, as it is still the same
