FIFA 23 lost access to launch game

I purchased FIFA 23 about a month ago, there were no issues however when i logged into my EA app to launch the game, it is not showing my installed game and sends an error code that game may be used by another user when i launch the FIFA 23 app on my PC

Has your issue been fixed already? I have the same error code and don't know how to fix it.
