FIFA 21 - Switch - Crashing Information Request

Hello all, 

If you experienced a crash on your Nintendo Switch after completing a FIFA 21 Roster Update, we would like to hear from you!

Any information provided can aid the FIFA team with their investigation:

• What region are you in?
• What was the state of your console when you experienced the crash (docked or handheld mode)?
• Can you describe the crash: Where were you in game when the crash occurred? What were you doing?
• When the crash occurred did you have to manually reset the game or the console?
• What was the specific error message you received?

If you can provide specific steps we can use to cause the crash to occur that would also be helpful.

In Europe. 
handheld. Later on docked. 
careermode at first. About to play the match. It could be simed though. Later kick off when about to play. And later also in career training. 
No and other games could be played. Just thrown out of FIFA 21. 
”An error has occured. ” the screen went black but with a box (”ok”) that is automaticly chosen and when you tap it it closes

When about to actually play, where players move then it crashes. I E when that game before the match (dribble and an opponent), training and kick off.

The short answer is any team. Like now one minute ago Argentina vs Brazil, Kick off live form on. But first time second year of manager career with Leeds. Semi finals FA cup vs Doncaster. 
That game I was able to play the 7 or 8 October. But something made me paus the game in middle of second half with 2-0. The day after or two I started the game again and then it breaked down ”players warming up” and instead of that dribble exercise it gave the sign included in the file attached to this responce. You could still simulate the game though. And that still workes, just done that ( or actually the next game vs Spurs in Caraboa cup). 

One or maybe two days it was possible to play against each others in Kick off. But some strange things had begun, at first we thought it was some of the younger children that had changed settings, but it doesnt seems so. For exempel was all the modified formations gone. One was left but with all players in a straight line somewhat to the left on the attacking side of the midfield.
The music was on all the time altough we had turned it of. 
The default settings for controllers was changed (instead of ”classic” it was some different buttons). 

At the latest this saturday (9/10) we discovered that as soon as you came somewhere in the game that includes to move a player than it crashes. IE training (you can choose whos gona train, or witch line up, or witch teams to go against eachothers in Kick Off) so the core thing to do in the game: play matches is impossible.

And I have than one update manually, but that was several weeks ago (maybe more than a month) but maybe there is some automaticly done also?!

And also all other games on the switch works as before!

The training ground with Mbapee works, but not the Skill games.
