Loading screen crash continue. What can we do? What is the solution? Every year same problem

FIFA21 hangs when I try to play it, error messages as below.

I have also attached a list of troubleshooting provided to me by an EA sports tech support agent stating whether I have carried them out or not. Game is still crashing.

It's been over a week since this thread was opened by EA staff to track this fault. However thus far the only feedback customers have is complete silence. I've over 25 years in software development and I've never seen such ignorant treatment of loyal customers and subscribers. If anyone behaved similarly in another organisation they would be reprimanded or worse.
The lack of feedback is unfortunately undermining what may be left of EA's professionalism and integrity. It will be felt by its engineering & support staff when customers choose to spend elsewhere.
Please start restoring some degree of self-respect by informing your customers as to what effort is being expended to resolve this fault. Thus starts by acknowledging the fault exists and continues by regularly updating us ad to what is happening. Do this now. For your own sakes if not at least ours.

I reinstalled all windows and games. Same problem. I connect to support 50 times a day.They make suggestions like a joke. They say there is no such problem.It is really weird that they say no problem while many players have the same problem in this post. experts are not even responding. All they say is verify the game files. Even the child already knows

this post has been here for weeks. No official helped. There are still unrelated updates to the game. And it's funny how they say it's good. It's a tragedy that EA pretends to be unaware of the problem, with many players having trouble here.

EA says I can't help because you bought the game from steam. Steam says that the game cannot be supported because it belongs to EA. it's really a scandal. Is it that hard to fix a loading screen issue?

Is there an ETA on when they will reply on these issues? Just gutted that I can't play my fav game. It only happens in FIFA so I really doubt it is my PC!
