FIFA 20 account hacked and all players sold all coins gone.

I logged into my companion app this evening and noticed that my whole team had been sold. Then noticed all my coins were gone. I quickly changed my EA password and PSN password thinking I have been hacked. 

I contacted support and they told me I was logged in from a trusted device and there is no suspicious activity on my account. I really dont know what to do. As I was most definitely hacked. I dont share my account or passwords with anyone. 

Can anyone help? As I don't know what I can do.

I was hacked too yesterday, but i receive this message before i go to sleep , this was samers and after this they sold everithing , i wait for an answear from ea now...

They didn’t help me. Basically blamed that I did it myself coz they couldn’t see a hack. 

why would I sell all my own players and then all the coins around 800k have gone. Makes no sense. 

It’s so annoying that the level of support EA provide us so poor. 

ive been playing this game forever and never had to deal with this kinda situation before. 

EA are happy taking our money. But when it comes to helping. They do nothing.

Just happen to me.  I was able to change pswd and add verify to account after 7 of my top players were sold.  Still waiting for support to help.  Takes the steam out of wanting to play this game.
