FIFA 20 Online Friendlies Crash

On Xbox, I try to play online friendlies with custom rosters. We select teams, set the line ups and advance. The practice pitch comes up but before the actual pre-match talking happens the game crashes.

Having the same issue, but since it's not a FUT thing, I find it highly unlikely it gets addressed.
