FIFA 20 FUT - Can't move my players in division Rival

Hello everyone, 

I am having an issue with controlling players in FUT division rival match. Player change, player movement, containing none of these are working. Only I can pass and shoot the ball whenever my player has the ball. 

All other things are working completely fine. I have played online season matches multiple times, I have found no issue on it.

Hi @shakib75bd,

Super odd. Can you try going into the Customize Menu and then selecting Profile - Delete and then delete anything in there that isn't a career mode save file. Then let me know if this persists?

Hello @EA_Cade, Thanks for your reply.

I have tried your solution. Now, I can move my players but sometimes the same problem occurs for a few moments.

For example, the opponent team got the ball from me. Then suddenly I can't control (moving selected players, containing, etc) my players until it goes to my GK. If somehow my players got the ball from the opponent, then the player can't move but pass the ball. 

FYI: My ping was between 50-60ms. and the problem doesn't occur on online season matches.

It sounds more like you're experiencing some stuttering and not a control problem.

What platform are you playing on?

GPU: AMD Radeon R5 M255

Hi i have the same problem but literally i cant move at all i cant pass i cant shoot like that, idk if this is related but if im done with fifa i just turn of my computer with the application still opened, can that caused a bug?

Anyways if anyone can help me i will appriciate it
