Update. It worked just once.Tried again this morning running Fifa through STEAM and still the same problem. So annoying...

Done managed to fix it myself. Deleted generic usb joystick entry in databuttonsetup and changed up and down axis 0 entry for my sl speedlink game pad

In Logitech Wireless Gamepad F710 I was able to resolve the issue by switching the controller from Direct to XInput, this resolved the joystick and the menu scrolling issue,

i have the same problem but i own a ps4 controller and use DS4 windows have you got any fix for it? or are you still stuck like me?

In fifa20 demo today I tried it..it still have the problem... fifa19 for me works with 360x
