FIFA 18 Pre-Contract Agreement, Transfer Budget & Wage Budget [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Problem 1: Sign a player on a pre-contract agreement. Problem 2: Sell a player.
What happens when the bug occurs? Problem 1: Signing a player on a pre-contract agreement does not reduce your wage budget in contrast to FIFA 17. Meaning if you had $100,000 in wage budget, you could potentially sign ALL players with expiring contracts if they accept a wage of $100,000 or less. Your wage budget will remain on $100,000. Only consequence is next season profit/loss margin being affected. Problem 2: Selling a player results in: 1) not receiving the full amount allocated by the board i.e. Selling a player for $450,000, board allocates $380,000, only receive $300,000. 2) once a player is sold, their wage does not return to your wage budget. I.e. $88,000 in wage budget. Player's wage is $5000. Wage budget will either remain at $88,000 or you may receive a smaller amount e.g. $1000.
What should be happening instead? Problem 1: Wage budget should be reduced after having a pre-contract agreement. Problem 2: Full amount that board allocates after selling a player should be given & full wage after selling a player should be given back.

I am not sure if these are problems or are things that are considered "normal". I have just found these to be different to FIFA 17. There is also the bug of the pre-contract agreement players not arriving until the 2nd Season January transfer window if you have disabled the 1st Transfer Window. 

Any help would be much appreciated in identifying if these are actual problems with solutions or are simply part of the game. Thank you.

I've seen this issue (wages of sold players not getting put back into the wage budget) reported by only yourself, myself and one other person, so I'm not sure if it is even a consistent issue. I have tried it with a few different teams, different settings when creating the career mode but the same result every time. I'd think that it would be a pretty big deal for ppl playing career mode, especially for lower league teams, so I don't know why I'm not seeing more people reporting/complaining about it! I put it up here about a week ago anyway and as of yet, no reply.

I've also had the issue with not being compensated for the wages of a player I've sold. Not sure if only a handful of people have this problem, or if people just don't notice it. If it's the former, you wouldn't think the issue could still persist after starting a new career, updating the game, repairing the game, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and installing the game on another PC.

Just seems weird.

i too have the same issues and it started after October update...bxz bfre that it was working... 

ea doesnt care much if here only handful of ppl having these issues.... not a single acknowledgement .... i sneaked a chat about the same issue with ea support...and there respnse ...contact later as our specialist team is not working today... what *....then y even allow a chat option...

EA every year gives us recycled version previous fifa with new additions and cosmetic changes and yet charge us AAA prices and yet when we ask for certain diligence on QC and bug fix we get zilch

I love how we are now in january and career mode still hasnt been fixed. I paid almost 80 pounds for this game and its broken, i mostly play career mode rather than ea's past its best cash cow that is ultimate team. Why cant they just fix this minor issue like really how hard can it be. They seem content enough to put out fixes for guess what ultimate team but why not career mode the mode that fifa was always hyped around
