I’ve been falsely accused of breaking the user agreement rules of madden ultimate team and it’s auction house. I’ve emailed and received nothing back. This shouldn’t take long at all to get my account back up. Is there anyone that can help me

They already have your money. So, the only answer you are gonna get is to sit and wait. The wait is atleast a week as I have been waiting that long. The EA people on this site either have no power to do anything or just dont care at all....not sure which one.

Only interaction I’ve had from anyone at EA is EA help on Twitter. But they can’t do anything for you. It has to be the “Terms and Services” team, which I don’t even believe exists

Logged on last night September 25th to play some ultimate and Check out the new promos.
Find out I’m permanently banned for cheating and coin distribution. Wtf....
I’ve been an avid madden player since 08 and this is how we get treated.
I’m really hoping this is some glitch and ea will fix these issues.
All the hard work and grinding in solos and online is just gone in a flash.
Seriously need to resolve these issues
