Problems with Subscription

well it just says everywhere ''subscribe now'' and it is subscribed but in game it says i am not and that you can see on the screenshots i just took

What is the character name you are logged in with at the moment? And the server too. Send me a PM with them if you don't want them to be public.

my character's name is busrusha and the server's name is darth malgus

Ok that explains it. 

On the website, you are logged in on the account named "dammcreeper" indeed. That account has a subscription that is working properly. There are no characters on the account.

In-game, you are logged in on the account "dammcreeeper" with 3 e, which does not have a subscription and never had one. 

So, it turns out you were indeed logged in on the wrong account in-game. If you login on dammcreeper on the launcher, you'll find that you are subscribed just fine.
