F2P in-game [ Edited ]

I subscribed two days ago and the payment is showing up in my bank acount, the subscription tab on swtor.com is saying ''you have 28 days of subscription play time remaiming but in game i am still f2p status

Ok that explains it. 

On the website, you are logged in on the account named "dammcreeper" indeed. That account has a subscription that is working properly. There are no characters on the account.

In-game, you are logged in on the account "dammcreeeper" with 3 e, which does not have a subscription and never had one. 

So, it turns out you were indeed logged in on the wrong account in-game. If you login on dammcreeper on the launcher, you'll find that you are subscribed just fine.

The username that you used for the subscription, are you certain the username you are logging into on the launcher is identical ?

yes i am sure, that it is Damcreeper cuz i am on it right now

Feedback from CS is that with dammcreeper the subscription is 100% fine, are you sure there is still an issue with the subscription on that account ?

just to confirm you have relogged since the subscription has been made.

it still says f2p status in the game and yes i have relogged after i did the subscription

can you provide a screenshot on what you are seeing in-game this will help with why you think this account is F2P

I removed those attachments as they included part of your payment information. If you have a screenshot of the in-game window that shows you that you are still free to play, please provide it, because unless you are connected on the wrong account I guarantee you that the account named dammcreeper is properly subscribed and appears as such in-game.

What you see in the game, not on the website, that tells you that you are not subscribed.
