F2P Artifact Equipment Authorization

Ok, I have a very simple problem - I am an F2P player who last logged into the game four months ago.  I was saving cartel coins to purchase the artifact equipment authorization item for my account.  It costs 2700 CC (I only had ~1500).  Now (although I still do not have enough CC), I was trying to find the artifact equipment authorization again to check the price since I forgot after four months, but I couldn't find it.  Has the item been removed from the Cartel Market, and, if it is possible, can I still get it?  Or is it now just strictly reserved for subscribers?

You will be able to find it again after the upcoming patch on Tuesday , it will be again available in the cartel market
