Summarize your bug complee garbage performance since the operation underground update even on lowest settings, game constantly stutters and dips below 20fps, game has been unplayable for well over a month now but its been even harder to navigate the clusterfuck of forums and crap on your website to get to this point

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I dont know play the goddamn game?
What happens when the bug occurs? performance is garbage, low fps and gpu utlization this is the only game I'm having problems with it's incredibly frustrating since it doesnt seem to be being worked on
What should be happening instead? better than 20fps? you tell me this game should be running and was running at over 140fps at 1080p, hell it ran better even when i had my old gtx 960
