Extreme rubberbanding [ Edited ]

Since 3 days extreme rubberbanding/latency issues in every game

I don't know what is causing this, been playing since release never had that problem except occasional moon simulators. Please help my normal ping is 30ms, living in germany, i have on the Data Center selection everywhere a ping from lowest 70 ms (Frankfurt) And i live in hesse.. to 100 (Belgium) With all of them having packet losses. Is this a server side problem? Because i never had these issues before.

It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.

Absolutely unplayable today, every match has rubberbanding. Even through the endgame.
