Extra Time Points Exchange Tab no longer showing in Exchange

After tonights reset for the Extra time tab on the left of the home screen for Pick one out 4 and Pick one out of 5 which you redeem the points you exchange players for in the Exchange section, the exchange points tab within exchange is no longer showing or is available. Why?

why reset the extra time and allow you to redeem the points when you cannot even get the points anymore because of this missing tab.
