Expired EA logs

Hello,

After over a year of not playing Apex, I decided to install it back on my computer on last sunday.

When I start the game, it asks me to connect to my EA account, but when I click the connection button, I get an error (screenshot), which roughly translates to "An error has occured. Your EA logs may have expired. Please retry or reset your password."

I tried to reset my password several times and it works : I can log in to my EA account on my browser. However, even a few days after resetting my password, I still get the same error when trying to launch Apex Legends. I cannot do anything more, it instantly tells me to reset my password.

What should I do ?

The password reset must be with the original email on file. If the password reset is done and does not resolve it, it is either the wrong email or changes to the account have been made.

At this point, please get in touch with live support so that they can take a look at the EA account. They will review what has happened to you and let you know what steps to take.
