Everything is gone my clothes and players [ Edited ]

I had a 92 ovr wing shooter (Reaper) and a 82 ovr backcourt shooter (Sniper) both of them are gone. I was having technical issues with my PlayStation and did a factory reset not expecting my information to be deleted. When I got on NBA Live 19 I saw my players and my clothes were all gone. I tried to download the information back since I have PlayStation Plus but it didn’t work. If anyone knows how I can get my players and clothes back please respond.

You can only restore from cloud or a USB stick from a back up you previously had on the ps4 through application saves and data management.

Also check that your ea account email is the same for your ps4 account email to simplify things.
