Every 3 out of 4 games crashing

I run a 8700k rtx 2080.  I have tried low settings, high setting, gsync on or off, etc.  I crashed with a dx error usually stating about memory every 3 out of 4 games random times.

Is there ever going to be a fix for this?  I cant believe 25million people are playing this game and can keep dealing with the crashes.
